Carol Pavlik is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern who is currently working under the supervision of Clinical Director, Cheryl LaMastra, LPC-S. Carol received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business Administration as well as her Masters Degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. 
Working with individuals, married couples, pre-marital couples, families and groups, Carol’s special counseling interests include: identity issues, helping to establish a healthy sense of self-esteem and self-efficacy, working to build self-confidence, marriage and family counseling, strengthening parenting skills, relationship issues, family of origin issues, individuation, depression and anxiety, divorce recovery, and change of life issues. Carol also enjoys motivating professionals and career minded individuals by helping to develop personal and career interests, accomplishing goals, working through occupational issues, stress management, and individualized executive coaching. Additionally, Carol offers various career and personality assessments to help identify career interests and strengths. Carol’s goal in therapy is to encourage and motivate her clients to rediscover their dreams and develop into the person he or she wishes to become. 
Carol is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
